About
My name is Kim Byungmin
Coach Kim earned a master's degree in Service Design and spent six years as a researcher in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Samsung Medical Center. He later dedicated four years to personal training and now serves as the CEO of the online fitness brand, Nor.

What is the 6 x 6 Program?
6 Exercise Routines
We continue health management every 6 weeks.
We will focus on building six sustainable exercise routines every week to maintain our health.
By following them daily for 6 weeks without getting bored, we can begin to feel and see a great transformation.
6 Week Team Training
We share our workouts and emotions.
We will work together as a team for 6 weeks in each season.
You follow along with 6 different workout videos provided by the program each week. We will focus on six exercise rules for maintaining good health.
Online Feedback
We are always connected.
We are connected online. Daily expert feedback is provided through chat. You can ask questions about exercises, meals, and overall health anytime and receive answers. We won't just be receiving program content; we'll be in constant dialogue throughout the six weeks.
